I hired Mr. Wayt to defend me in my DUI case against a highly credible police officer who was certified to detect impairment in drivers (DRE certified officer). Mr. Wayt exhibited he was even more of an expert in DUI matters than the officer himself, therefore making him qualified to defend those charged with a DUI or related charges. He showed professionalism and experience in convincing the jury that there just wasn’t enough evidence for a conviction (in other words that there was, in fact, a reasonable doubt that I was impaired). I highly recommend Mr. Wayt. If you want an extremely knowledgeable, credible, and professional attorney that will truly fight for you in the courtroom, then Mr. Wayt is the man to have in your corner.
