This Attorney took my money and did nothing for me. He was reported to the Florida Bar Association for lack of professionalism, lack of communication, etc. etc. Even though I did not get my money back, but the Bar has recommended that he attends Ethics School, for which he has to pay, plus he has to pay fees to the Bar as well! No good word for him and his Staff. They totally screwed me over!

Mr. Smallwood did not honor contract, a bar complaint was filed against him and now he has a record against him on the Florida Bar. Avoid dealing with this attorney. You can email me if you like for details.

Unfortunately one of the worse attorney I've ever dealt with. Not so much Sean himself but his staff is awful. And even though my case may have been a small one in his eyes it was very important to me and they just really treated me like crap.

This law firm was great to work with. They understood my case and really worked hard to get me a good result. As far as price went they were near the middle of the price ranges I was quoted by other lawyers.

We hired Sean Smallwood for a paternity case and he and his staff were pretty awesome. The case was ugly but he never lost his cool or got catty with the other side.
