Mr. Taheri is an excellent lawyer. Has been very patient and kind through my immigration file process. Very knowledgeable and experienced. Takes time to explain stuff. Very prompt response to emails. His staff very helpful. Even responds to emails after hours. I was shocked to get email response around 11pm. He never sleeps for his clients. I will hire him again and you should too.

They only care about you and give you importance before you retain them. Once you're with Taheri Law Office, you're cursed.
They don't give you or your case the attention you/it derserve(s). Even worse, when you call and want to speak to the lawyer, someone will take a message telling you they will call you back, but they never get back to you. When you call again to follow up you need to explain everything from scratch. It's frustrating and disappointing. There's a lady named Michel I guess, very arrogant and rude in person and on the phone. Worst experience ever. DO NOT RETAIN TAHERI LAW OFFICE!!!

Worst Laywer that I have ever had. He sounded all nice in the beginning, but I did not find out until I got to court, that we were going to court to settle not going to court to dispute my side of the case. Then I found out (from the opposing lawyer) after I lost my case that Mr. Taheri DID NOT EVEN HAND IN MY SECOND RESPONSE, which was full of factual evidence About what the other person is doing and plans to do. Mr Taheri didn't even show up my second hearing! Probably because he knew the client (ME) would complain.Now that they have won the case, they are doing EXACTLY what I said in my second response and I have to now press charges! My child was hurt by someone because of his negligence. i am writing this so people do not go through what I did. I have to now call my M.P., get a new lawyer, press charges, etc. I basically have to do everything all over just so my facts are seen by the courts and my child is safe. If there is something I can do about this I definetly will.

I don't know why people are so negative. He is a very good lawyer and I am very happy with the service I got. He was always been very helpfull and nice. I assure anyone that after talking to him or meeting him you will know how helpful and knowledgeable he is. Very down to earth and nice person.

Extremely rude staff. Lack of acceptable responsiveness. Takes days or weeks to respond to an email or a voicemail. That is even worse given the fact that I am already a client for 12 years.

I used his services and am very happy with the way my case was handeled. He was very efficient and made me feel like I was the only client he had despite his busy schedule. I'm happy we have someone like him in the community. He is honest, humble and very knowlagable.

You have ffull support from the entire community and a few foolish peoples dont matter. We all know that judges decide on cases and lawyers cant help the other side or whatever. I feel bad for all innocent afghans who have hired him in the past because of language barriers. He is childish and is unaware of professional etiquette. There is so much to say. An absolutely horrible lawyer. I had given him one of the easiest cases to deal with and ended up losing it completely. He chose not to use several evidence that would of helped me out. It kind of seemed he was working on the other parties side as opposed to mine. also take into consideration that the judge and myself had to wait nearly a hour for him to show up for my sentencing. My life is now forever ruined because of hiring him.

I have been a client with him for over 10 years and as he has grown larger as a lawyer he has become more arrogant he never answers his calls himself and when u make an appointment dont expect to talk to him because u will be talking with his receptionist he has lost his roots when I pay my money I expect to talk to lawyer who went to school for 10 plus years not his receptionist I dont pay them

Back in 2009 I was wrongfully charged in a criminal case and had no idea how to deal with it. My brother who bailed me out in court knew Mr. Taheri becuase he had done his real estate closing. At the time I was confused, scared, and pretty much lost. All I could think about was the 2 days I had spent in jail and the possibility of going back there again. I was also scared about criminal record and losing my job at the bank. Mr. Taheri fought for me tooth and nail and did such a great cross examination of the witnesses that I was proud to be an Afghan that day. In the end, after three days of trial we won the case and all charges were thrown out. I was more than happy with Mr. Taheri’s services. He did an amazing job for me and I will always be grateful to him. Afghanistan zinda bawd!

Wow! What a jewel in the Afghani community.I'm an Iranian, but was referred to Mr. Taheri by an Afghani friend, who spoke very highly of this lawyer. I must say I was impressed. We had a complex business transaction which he completed very professionally and at a very reasonable cost. He even managed to change some of the bad things in our agreement, whcih we had already signed with the seller. Because one of our partners and our money transfer arrived late from Iran, we thought we wouldn't be able to close teh deal on time. But Mr. Taheri agreed to meet with me and my partners at 9pm (at night!) to sign teh paper work and close the deal the next day. I highly recommend this lawyer. Great value. Great service. Great personality.

Mr. Taheri was our lawyer for our first home closing and turned a disaster into a pleasant experience. Our mortgage broker screwed up and we almost did not get the mortgage money. Mr. Taheri spend the whole day calling our broker and talking to the bank. He was at his office till 7:30 pm waiting for me to pick up my keys becuase I was stuck in traffic. He is an excellent lawyer and a good hearted person who cares about clients and their problems more than anything. He is my lawyer for life and I recommand him 100%!!

I am a client of Mr. Taheri for 2.5 years and he is very helpful and talented lawyer. He did my immigration appeal and I went to 2 lawyers before him but they were not good and asked for too much money and made me wait till last minute. I had two days for deadline and Mr. Taheri send my appeal on time and only ask me very small amount of money and allow me to pay monthly. If I didn't go to Mr. Taheri, I would be deported. He send us to other organizations to get help and support and always go out of his way and his staff very nice always. He took his time and send a few hundred pages appeal for me & he won the case. My son got charge and he was innocent & Mr. Taheri again help me and always came to court and always meet with me when I am worried about my son case and he won that case also with no record for my son. I refer everyone I know to him and tell all to go to him. He is very good and understanding. I am very very happy from Mr. Taheri. He is the bestest.

This lawyer made me wait 2-3 hours for each of the few meetings that took place between him and I. He showed up late for one that involved the opposing party in my family law matter which was held in his office - which was highly unprofessional on his behalf. In addition, and more importantly, he was never, ever reachable! You can send a dozen e-mails and messages to him but he will not get back to you at ALL. Sometimes his office clerks will take a message and pick up and will assure you they will pass on the message but again, you never receive a respond or call back from him. I had a court date in a week and was not notified even though I made inquiries with respect to when it would be. Only when I had contacted the court is when I found out about it. Last but not least, my confidentiality was infringed when a family member of mine was contacted and my legal matters were discussed with that member without my consent. Save yourself a lot of trouble and do NOT retain Mr. Taheri.
