Daniel says in his add he specializes in child protective cases. He is impossible to get ahold of. He seems bothered by me. I have to explain everything about my case as if it was the first time we met, he knows nothing about my case. I was told that he works for me, and although he will give me his best legal advice he will follow my wish in what action id like to take. The very beginning of my case the prosecutor said to the judge I do not believe I can prove legal jurisdiction over her children, nor do I believe I can legally file the paper work for child protection proceedings thus there was or has not been any incident involving her children. Daniel didn't seem to hear the prosecutor. I talked to Daniel before our turn to answer and did not agree with his position saying we have no other choice than to agree. I kept saying no and reminded him that ultimately it was my decision per his words. Daniel got irritated stood up addressed the judge and before I new it everything was over
