Don't know much about Stephen as he is always hard to reach out. But his associate is definitely terrible to their clients. In reply to my phone message to Stephen, this lady called me back interrogating me the purpose of my message even though I told her clearly I wanted to hire their for my house buying. Due to her rudeness and lack of respect, I decided to walk away from them. Just a word of advise, be care of the person you hired, sometimes they are a mirror of yourself to your clients.
