BEWARE! TERRIBLE! I hired Michael bialys a few years back and did not have a pleasant experience. He said I had a very strong case and "virtually guaranteed" a dismissal, but all he did was prolong my case which I could have done on my own saving time and money. I still had to get a breathalyzer in my vehicle for 5 months and go through driving probation which I would've completed before the case was finally closed due to him prolonging it. He pretty much just took my money and wasted my time.
I wasn't going to hire Michael but he persuaded me saying that he would offer a FREE expungement (included in the price) and now 4 years later he isn't honoring it. I did not get it in writing but I took his word for it because he seemed nice and promised many things.
I recently called his office to get the expungement process started with no luck.I haven't had to hire a lawyer in the past so I didn't I know what to look for. My fault, I know.
Always get it in writing!
