The office feels musty, crammed and the waiting area looks and feels like you're waiting for a bail bond; the metal bars at the entrance door don't help.
The receptionist is mainly grumpy and short. You'll get a glimpse of a colorful tramp stamp which spills over her 'skinny' acid washed jeans.
A barefooted woman in flip-flops drags through the waiting room. Surely that's not an attorney. But no, this is Ashley Clapper, she'll see you now.
She never smiled, was rude throughout, constantly and vigorously chewed on gum with her mouth wide open, more like you'd expect from someone serving you drinks at a bar.
She compensated her rude behavior with her stunning incompetence...
She made incorrect statements regarding entitlements, making an embarrassing calculation error, that would have cost good money. She might want to google the law on that again - I did...
Ashley Clapper - unprofessional, rude, incompetent.
Don't waste your time here, let alone your money!

Horrible, never returned my phone calls or messages. Was not prepared the day of court, stapled orders I had not agreed to behind papers with my signature. Very disorganized and rude. Waste of money, reported her and now with a new attorney.
