Did not return phone calls or letters, made a bad situation so much worse. Wouldn't recommend this guy to my worst enemy.

This lawyer would not timely return phone calls or appropriate respond to letters. I felt like he wanted to prolong the case and increase costs for everyone.

I used Mr. Scharoff for a very complicated divorce & custody case. I am thankful everyday I chose him to represent me. His years of expertise & experience clearly were a major factor in ending my horrific situation in a timely manner. Not only did he fight to protect mine and my children's rights, he was beyond compassionate to my every emotion throughout the process. He always had the time to listen when needed, returned every call or email in a timely manner, and never made me feel like I was just another client or rushed. With him by my side I knew I was well taken care of and if he had anything to do with it, justice would be served...which it was. Prior to retaining Mr. Scharoff , I had an attorney who did none of this for me and I almost lost all hope. I highly recommend Mr.Scharoff to anyone who is looking to get through this process in a timely, cost effective manner. He is an attorney with integrity, & character and a human who understands how difficult this time is.

I was mislead about attorney fees, his knowledge of law was poor ( i have since learned and am looking into malpractice) he wasted years of my life and hiked up legal bill with services HE DID NOT DO.

Cannot contact him and he does not return calls! Taking on new cases when he can't seem to expedite the ones he is on in a timely manner.If you are willing to wait a couple years when there is no custody involved then he is your man!
