He was on "my side" in a courtcase involving horrible work by a carpenter in my house.Boyce constantly send letters for any little change in venue (For every letter he can charge you office time and he send at least 15 for a simple case)what could have been done by a 15 sec. phonecall by the secretary. Boyce also wanted to have "another day in court and another day in court" and he found always new avenues to stretch the case. To make my encounter with this lawyer a nightmare was, after settling the case in my favour (the case was from the start leaning in my favour and a easy win)but he charged me $6.000.-- a far cry from the agreed $ 2.500.-- so on the end almost all the money received in this case went to boyce. I think in this case this was his strategie in the first place to spend as much unnecessary time, courttime and letters etc.etc.and to get as much money he can from me. So avoid if possible or if you have to deal with him take care he does not overcharge.

Our Family switched to Mr.Boyce,from the other Family lawyer,because of personal items that needed to be done ASAP,not usual for this to occour.His Staff and Himself were more than eager to help us and we use him for all our transactions. Fast,Friendly and Efficent.

I paid him thousands of dollars and he did next to nothing for me. Before hiring him I asked him if he had time to take on my case. But he either did not have time for my case or he chose not to work on my case. He wanted all my documents and letters to be faxed instead of being mailed to him so he could put then away in a file for months before doing anything. Do not use this lawyer. Stay away form this man. There is nothing good to say about him.
