Beware of Me McNicolls. He is the most dangerous kind of lawyer. The kind that promises things and doesn't deliver, because he doesn't even present those arguments in court. He doesn't comprehend basic arithmetic, and considers thousands of dollars to be "no money". He easily gets confused in a courtroom. Me McNicolls refused to show the proof that my ex was a bully, and that my ex lied in court. Me McNicolls' focus is only on aspects of the case that he considers beneficial to his career, not at all what is good for the client. The only thing greater than his incompetence, is his arrogance. He considers himself to be a superior being, yet he often makes mistakes. He does not acknowledge or apologize for them. The only way Me McNicolls can win a case is if the other lawyer is more incompetent than himself. I would've appealed my case, but I had no money left after paying his massive bill. So, basic division of assets was denied to me, but I have to pay for my "responsibilities".
