Mr. Kapner is a rock star in court and I could have been his groupie. It was better than going to the movies or to a concert! I "discovered" him while clerking at another law firm and his amazing letters came across my desk. Mr. Kapner enabled myself and young son to move across the country from an abusive ex-husband which put us in danger. His daughter, Allison has been onboard for awhile and I am quite certain she has been paying attention and has the same level of skills as her Father. When you spend good money for an attorney - you expect the best court performances and letters which you will get from Kapner & Kapner. They could raise their rates. No joke. Mr. Kapner is a very nice gentleman and it was amazing to watch him in court. Professional and aggressive and very very smart and well spoken. It's been 17 years since he helped us move to safety and I will never forget what an awesome Lawyer he is. To see him work in court floored me. He knows the Laws & well-spoken.
