After the fact, told me it was more difficult than anticipated and wanted $450 more to pursue, or an additional $162.50 to close my file. I asked for a listing of what they did with the $700 and got NO detail. I reluctantly sent the $162.50 - good riddance. Don't use them - EXTREMELY poor communication.
