I had a what I thought was a bad DUI case. I had a .13 alcohol level. I ended up getting the dui charge dismissed because of Nick's legal tactics. I am forever impressed.

I had a blood alcohol level of .14 and Mr. Cvietkovich beat the case because he proved to the Judge that the cops stopped me in an illegal fashion. I hope I never get caught up in the legal system again, but if I do, I am calling this attorney!

OMG and i quote your response when i expressed my not being happy with your services and my outcome. "Most all of my clients are not happy and are disappointed at the end of there case because they all get convicted because they are all guilty. That has to be the worst comment (opinion) or your honest true feelings of self ignorance that make hiring you as an Attorney scary and stupid. The rule of thumb being a Criminal or any kind of Attorney is not being so much that client against any guilt and the outcome of walking away innocent. That's your job Nick don't forget or get out of the business. Face it you don't have the pedigree, guts or to put it bluntly the Balls to fight the DA, jury or Judge to be a successful Attorney you do not have a single client review humm i wonder why?
