If you get Commissioner Robert Steven Harrison as the person presiding over your case - do not stipulate to him - you have a right to have your case heard by a judge and not a commissioner. Commissioner Robert Steven Harrison never rules for the underdog, ignores the laws and the facts, and always rules for landlords, the city, insurance companies, big business, etc. If you get Judge Deborah Christian 170.6/strike her. Each side has the right to strike/get rid of one judge. Judge Deobrah Christian never rules for the underdog, and always rules for Landlords, government, insurance companies, big business, etc...Any one that can protect her cushy job. I would say trike judge Kenji Machida also if you get him, but you can only strike one judge preemptively/without cause.
