Malerie and her team have been super, especially during the covid crisis. We've had zoom meetings and remote court appearances and everything went well. I've also had in person meetings in masks, which are strange but they do it with good humour. Great lawyers great team.

I came to Malerie with a difficult and challenging case on so many levels. Malerie was compassionate and understanding from the start. After interviewing other lawyers, i'm glad i decided to go with Rose Family Law. Malerie and her team recognized that finances were an issue for me. They kept me informed, and assisted me to make the final decisions on what direction to take (with gentle prodding). Although I live in Toronto, it was a great choice for me. I'm not one for ratings but Ms.Rose is so good I wanted to comment. She and her firm are really good at what they do. The best part was that they involved me at every step and nothing was done without my approval. The entire process was transparent. Ms Rose advised me at each step to consider the costs of moving forward. In the end, there was a good resolution. I do suggest this firm and recommend them highly

Technicality, Technicality and more Technicality. Malerie is too focused on technicalities of the law rather than on the content of the material which causes her appearance in court to be unreliable from my experience.Furthermore, she is not settlement driven but rather very militant and condescending. it seems that the best ineterest of the children lives is not always her top priority but rather "get the most" for her client. this ethics is not limited to Malerie Rose only, however, her approach in a case is superficial (technical).

I needed a lawyer in Mississauga. I was referred by my friend's cousin who used Malerie. I am so glad I chose her. if you need someone who is like a "toronto" lawyer, I definitely recommend Malerie.

Malerie was incredible! She really understood my circumstances and did her best to get me a settlement that was in my financial best interest. She really cared about my situation and even called me after business hours if that was convenient for me or if there was something urgent. Malerie gives "110%" as they say!

Malerie was there for me. She gave me good legal advice and personal support, which I know that she did not have to do. She saw me through a difficult time, and was always mindful about the cost of any step going forward. She would discuss the options with me, so I could make an informed decision. This lawyer is not settlement driven. She acts like a pit bull but has a very poor track record. Check the LA Law system to see the facts. She is rude and is very confrontational. Watch out for this person. She knows how to talk the talk but LA Law says it all. She is fully responsible for misleading her client into a 9 day trial costing her client a $100,000.00 cost order. Clearly this lawyer was out to pillage her clients bank account instead of following modern Family Law practices by encouraging her client to be reasonable by settling a cut and dry status quo custody and access arrangement. BEWARE!
