Jan writes the psychological evaluation for the psychologist. She uses her previous clients to set up the parent that she is out to get. She is unprofessional, arrogant, seriously mentally ill and is a spoiled rotten brat. She uses threats against opposing attorneys and escapes disciplinary action from the OLR by claiming she is retiring. As a court commissioner, she appeared in front of another court commissioner and ultimately was forced to resign for her actions. This woman is a monster that seeks to enrich her bank account through by destroying families. She is always the victim and there is nothing that this monster of a person could do to seek salvation. If I had one wish for Jan, it would be pancreatic cancer and a slow miserable death. Ask her about the no less than 5 homes she has throughout the country. Shame on Jan Roberts and shame on Portage County for allowing such a rotten person to exist in their courts.

She was a complete waste of time and money and was very one sided in my case. She favors males and does not have the best interest of the child in mind!

As a guardian et Litum Jan Roberts does not put the interest of the child 1st. Jan is easily swayed by a male client, she breaches confidentiality of other cases, doesn't respond in a timely manner, does not follow up on witnesses, and she will write in her report to the court on how she thinks her client will feel. Jan doesn't work off from facts, is out of touch with reality and likes to mention how she is a great attorney. Jan has ruined many lives but makes getting paid a number one priority. You will also get to hear about her family in detail, her health and she will ask your opinion on other cases she is working on. Once again, her main concern is not for the child, but for the parent which is usually the male. Over all Jan is unprofessional, lax in doing her job and very egotistical. Jan will even diagnosis you with a psychological disorder and submit it to the court without any basis. Jan fell asleep in court, but woke up just in time to ask how her bill was getting pd
