I never thought that I would need a criminal lawyer in my life, but when I was charged by the cops, I finally realized bad things happen eventually. As a new immigrant, I completely knew nothing about Canada laws and courts, and I don’t even live in Hamilton, I know nobody here, to me it was the end of the world. An incredible amount of knowledge pertaining to criminal law. The man is so kind and understanding. He gave me the greatest advice involving my case of Theft under 5000$. Every other lawyer I spoke with made me feel very scared where he was very reassuring. He give very quick response when replying back. The man is an honest lawyer, not one obsessed with billing you for everything. Trust me if you need reliable, honest person hire Brent Hurst.

Brent was extremely helpful when I called him regarding a criminal charge. He gave excellent advice several times over the phone and followed up with me promptly and in good faith. He was honest about his flat rate for procuring his services if I was not able to get the issue resolved, and once it was I offered to pay him for his time and expertise. He was not concerned about financial compensation, and instead wished me a Merry Christmas and seemed genuine happy that my matter was resolved. I would highly recommend him for any criminal matter, as he was helpful, kind, and took the time to listen. I am deeply grateful for his assistance and advice.
