Unorganized, unprofessional, unprepared embarrassing representation. Had my case for over 2 wks w/o informing me what the ex was seeking- had to beg him to read the docs over the phone. Rescheduled 1st hearing, did not file required papers on time, lied to the commissioner as to why, had no interest in learning the background of my case to be properly prepared despite numerous attempts. I ended up representing myself since he had no clue about anything! Initial meeting with Joe Neterval was in a court hallway, he did all the fast talking as I was shushed when I asked question. They just take your money, shut you up, and ignore your case. $175 x 5 or more poor suckers a day x 7 days a week = pretty good cash flow and clients left defending theirselves. THEY TOOK MY KIDS' XMAS GIFT MONEY. I CAN'T BUY ANYONE GIFTS AT ALL! RUINED MY HOLIDAYS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HUGE SCAM. THEY SHOULD ALL BE DISBARRED. WISH THERE WAS A "ZERO" OPTION TO RATE.
