this attorney was hired by me approximately 2 tears on a case involving a slip and fall.Failed to negotiate a settlement that would pay my medical bills because he had no knowledge of how much I owed and he failed to negotiate an amount on the insurances to properly take care of my expenses as well as give me a reasonable settlement instead he had a difference of approx:$7,100.00 and I would net approx $1,000.00 for a settlement for my injuries while his firm take $6,000.00 in attorney fees after payment of medical bill out of an $18,000.00 settlement. I asked him to split the $6,000.00 and I would settle the case Mr. Vasquez stated that his boss Mr. Pendas said he could not negotiate his fees down in order for me to get a fair share OF MY LAWSUIT. As you know I have not signed off on anything. I am the hurt victim not the law firm or their representatives. Keeping in mind I have been given the run around for the past6 months. I suggest never use this firm for your legal actions.
