He is handling and estate in Probate and I cannot talk to this man. He likes to conceal evidence and facts. He will give very little information and just tells you to sign or threatens to go to court. Very proud to say I will get to make a trip to Florida to see him in court. I have tried to be reasonable, unfortunately he is not of reason. I would beware. I've seen other complaints that are similar so apparently this is how he operates. He is a what you would consider a true shyster.

In my divorce, Fabian Badges FAILED to include CONDITIONS for which my ex could claim our daughter on taxes. As a result, even though my ex is over $8000 behind in child support, he legally had the right to claim support he did not provide. My ex and I both claimed my child for the same tax year. The IRS referred to the divorce decree to determine who had the right to claim.
A knowledgeable attorney would have included a CONDITION OF CHILD SUPPORT BEING CURRENT for the noncustodial parent to claim a child on taxes. I paid him $2,100 US Dollars to handle my case. I had to go back to court independently to modify the case.
When I called his office to notify him of this issue, his sister, Mary Ellen Badges and he, Fabian Badges, were both very rude. He told me to "WRITE HIM IF I WANTED TO IRRITATE HIM" That's a pretty bad response from a professional whom was paid in full. I wanted to point out this error on his part which cost me, so that he would not make this mistake in another case
