He was our court assigned mediator for child custody and visitation. Even after telling him that my 9 year old son's father and I have been separated since he was 3 months old, and that the father was occasionally present- (meaning, would see his son 1 day to ZERO for weeks at a time)-, doesn't pay ANYTHING (school, daycare, after school activities, child support, medical or dental insurance, ANYTHING!), Daniel advised the court that the child should have a schedule of week on/week off. Meaning, after a decade, the child now has to spend 7 consecutive days with his father and a week away from his mother and normalized home and routine. He also advised that, AFTER telling us in mediation that he will NOT write a schedule like that! He was rude with his tone of voice, and very unprofessional with our whole ONE-TIME session. Apparently he gets away with everything because he is the only mediator for the county and everyone else quit. He should to because he is TERRIBLE at this job.

Daniel Chester was the gardian ad lutem on my case many years ago in Napa. He is ignorant, biased, and plays fast and loose with guidelines for " Best interest" determination. He secided what to do, was told what to do by my ex's divorce attorney, then fit his report to acheive that end. He disregarded my kids wishes ( 8 yrs. 14 years) separated them, sent them to houses where they didnt even have a pair of socks. To fathers who didnt drive to see kids once in five years. Sent them from catholic school their whole life to live with jehova witnesses, three time **** driver. I was admonished for telling my daughter to " tell the truth" when she asked what to say. He decided it was pas and took kids that had always lived with me together and gave them to different dads. Gave me one hour twice a month supervised at dss. I Workrd for juv. Probation in different county, and I had to be supervised with great kids I raised alone? I went to classes therapy and a.a. dispite no issues in those a
