I had been working with Mr. Phil Nelson’s law firm for 3 months and I will not recommend Mr. Phil Nelson for the following reasons: I first contacted Phil Nelson. But after I decided to hire him he transferred the case to another attorney without notifying client in advance. They assigned another attorney to rush to show up in the court hearing without enough knowledge about the case facts. It ends up that attorney spent only 10 minutes to communicate with client for a complicated litigation matters, which is serious inadequate to prepare for any sufficient and effective defenses. Phil Nelson is very aggressive against his clients to collect payments no matter how difficult his client’s situation is. He got used to send threatening e-mails again and again to collect payment no matter how difficult his client is facing. Client had already paid nearly 80% of their expensive bills. Client explained how difficulties to make a living at the time of his threatening e-mails.Stay away!
