If you decide to use Brad as a separation mediator - DON'T!! It will be a complete waste of your time and money. Not returning emails and calls help him to extend the time needed for a resolution = more money in his pocket. Very not equal/neutral to both parties. I constantly heard "She will get it if this goes to court.".

Extremely expensive, no results. The best advise came from the judge at pre-trial. Letter after letter - no resolve. Paid a big bill at the end for absolutley nothing. Do your research folks - this one isn't worth your time or investment. Whatever he was - he certainly is no longer!

the one with the most money win in the end . KIDS LOOSE THAT WAY <this so called 'Professional' as many other would note that he will do what ever neccsary tofabricate lies against a former spouse and only works for you if a mommy daddy is floating there bills , as do all lawyers , i had the only fair outcome of split 5050 for my kids ruled and ex was told she could not move 5hrs away , to be with her new farmer man ,, . all that needed to be settled was division of family property, and child support if any. so for two 1/2 years 50/50 was the way , and somehow he took it to a trial and had a 180 put on it to win with lies that i clearly proved wrong and still he won . men watch out for this scum bag as if he represents your ex be prepared for lies and scandlals just like a movie

Brad is simply lazy and does not work hard for his clients. You will waste time and money telling him the same things over and over and chasing him down. Brad seems to have a good reputation on word of mouth but it appears he is riding on the past because he's just checked out now.

Never returns calls/emails. Stay away. Lost my case to a young lawyer that he thought he was away smarter then and didn't think he had to worry about

I had contacted Brad about my situation with my problems of my ex wife and our daughter. He did his job to the best of his knowledge and his reputation of being an excellent lawyer exceeded my expectations. As a single father of my beautiful little girl, he did do the best ever that I could have ever dreamed of and I am happy to say that I do have custody of my beautiful daughter thanks to Brad!!

Although Mr. Hunter has many years of experience and is very knowledgeable, he rarely follows through with what he has discussed. He doesn't return calls and must be continually prodded to take action. My last case with him was settled at pre-trial, but after stating that he would file the agreement, he NEVER DID! I am now in a position where I cannot prove that I have custody of my children...unless of course I pay yet another lawyer to do so. Thankfully 2/3 are now adults. I paid Mr. Hunter several thousands with no tangible result. Also, as stated in another poster's comments, he frequently picks his nose in meetings which was very disgusting.

He never works towards a fair or satisfactory conclusion for his clients, he is constantly wasting client's money and dragging out minor issues going through court which only benefits him and costs his clients thousands of dollars. He is a huge disappointment and I would never recommend him.

Inexperienced poor communication did nothing to help me get divorced over promised and underdelivered took all my money and iam still not divorced. His main concern was going to court for every little issue..mediation was never an option. Making himself money was his only concern. Truly not about helping the client..greedy greedy greedy..save your money

Will encourage clients to pursue issues in court that benefit him financially. Puts his financial interests ahead of his clients. Very unprofessional in his mannerisms a (constantly picking his nose or scratching his head vigorously) and somewhat socially awkward. He does have years of experience in family law and his knowledge base is average or above. Weak trial lawyer - strength is his knowledge of precedent cases and his knowledge of previous key family law cases.
