Edna Francis namely is a hearing officer/arbitrator in employment matters. She is extremely fair, and really tries to do the right thing (although she many not always succeed). In other words, she doesn't simply ignore the facts and the law to rule for the party she believes to have the greater capacity to hire her in the future, or for the party she believes to have greater political clout...You'll be happy you chose her!
