He is namely an "arbitrator/hearing officer" for employment cases, for private employers and for public employers in internal administrative hearings. He blatantly & intentionally ignores the facts and the law to rule for the party he feels has more "political power" and/or to rule for the party he believes to have the greater capacity to hire him in the future. He even ignores previous hearing officer decisions that ruled in the employee's favor wherein the employer has chosen to have two different hearing officers handle the employees' suspension and termination. Then he issues convoluted decisions in an attempt to cover up his bias. In short, he is completely biased against employees...choose him at your own risk.
