She lied to the judge and said I did not show up for my first Court appearance. When in reality I did show up and she asked me to leave the court room and said I didn't need to be there so I left the court room briefly and called another lawyer who advised me to go back to the court room. By that time she had consented to the removal of my daughter when I asked her to contest the aprehenson cause I had proof that the allegations that were made about me were not true .

Liar; back stabbing; two faced; manipulative; She ruined my life. And she is very ugly and a fat slob and looks like a pig troll / tries to talk with a fony accent "hello you've reached the law office of Diane Andiel how may I assist in destroying your life?" She hates working for clients that are good looking woman and tried to pay my ex to have sex with her LOL. Disgusting ****ed horny pig lady. I was embarrassed to be represented by such a ****ing ugly cow

My comments echo those before me. If you have a child protection matter, DO NOT hire this lawyer. She is negligent in her communication with you, and on your behalf. She operates in a conflict of interest as she has a very close relationship with social workers. To the point that she will side with them everytime, even when they are blatantly not following the legislation set out by the Ministry Standards. I will be terminating her "services" today and filing a complaint with the bar. She is an absolute detriment if you are having problems with the ministry. Hire this woman, and your problems will only get worse. She is as corrupt as they come. She needs to be stopped.

Was my duty council. Didn't listen. Didn't have time to read my affidavit and understand the complexity of my case before going before judge and the judge looked bad upon me for my request:( and the work of done with other lawyer before this was all destrpyed. To top top it off in council afterwards I was also told legal aid woukdnt take my kind of case, yet the msg of acceptance was on my answering machine when I got home---2 for knowledge was just Cuz she told me after the fact that it's limiting him parenting is what im after. .... Now to go clean up the mess!

Dianne does not seem very knowledgeable about family law, and seems to care more about having a good relationship with social workers than with her clients. Neglected to explain most of my options to me. Poor communication skills. Was very two faced. Would tell me one thing, but would completely do another behind my back. Has no right being responsible for something that affects people's lives on such a deep level. Unable to give her 0 ratings so I gave her all 1s which I felt was generous.

Very lazy constantly calling and going in asking what she has done only to find out nothing has.Gives the opopposition ammunition agaimt your case. Extremely untrustworthy. Stayed behind with the ministry to make a deal behind the backs of the client.

This lawyer is lazy, untrustworthy and judgmental. She will put very little effort into your file while she sits back and collects your money and wastes your time.
