All round, Mr. Hayher is ONLY in this profession for the money. His character will cloud your experience & his lack of professionalism for the value. He pays little to no attention to your comments and focuses on the easy win. He cost me a lot of money with nothing to show for & truly help orchestrate a debacle of unstructured mediation. Stay far away from this man who claims to be a good lawyer. He is a terrible listener, for when you speak and what you read are 2 different scenarios..... neither of which will benefit your position, legally. Found him to be very untrustworthy, disrespectful to one's painful situation and your finances are both the least of his worries as well his most cherished angle in working your case. I have meet several lawyers in my time on this earth & he tops the list as to the most expensive & useless human being to every pass the bar. Does a lot for his community, they say, but very little for his clients that truly need his expertise (which he has minimal)

I have appeared on files against Andy, in collaboration with Andy and before him as a mediator/arbitrator. Andy is thoroughly knowledgeable, straight to the point and an all around excellent lawyer.

He is one of shadiest lawyer in town, if you have a case that you think is hard, and if want to loose both your case and money ...select him.. he sales promises and deliver nothing... don't let him and his fancy firm fool you..you will pay highest rate per hour among the lawyers in town to him ..but the reality is that he does not increase your chance of winning..i my case his stupid aggressive approach back fired and the judge took a strong position against me ..cost me money and my children...his knowledge about the court and how the judges views parenting turned to be totally wrong ..I regret I switched my previous lawyer to him..just try your luck and money with someone else...not him, you will be way better off then..

Andy is extremely well versed with family matters and is to the point (no excessive bills for navel-gazing) and takes no BS from others. He is well respected in the bar and by the bench. He does not mince words or sell false hope, which some below seem to have umbrage with. Sometimes good advice is not to oppose reasonable proposals from the other side. That being said Andy is capable to hammering others in court when called for. Some lawyers aren't ready or able to fight as needed. Some want to fight on everything unnecessarily and enable unreasonable client expectations to create a large bill and then point to an unfair decision. Andy is the idyllic balance of attack and negotiation. I have in the past and remain happy to unequivocally recommend Andy to others.

I fired him as soon as I reviewed the reviews online, and they pointed to legal misdeeds and scandals he has been part of. It all makes sense, his head is not in the client file, it's in his ego hoping to get ahead the wrong way...and he got caught! Avoid at all costs, just Google him and his 'real' name and you will see the gruesome details.

Horrible Lawyer with a past worth looking into. Failed to file stuff I talked to him about in a timely fashion, resulted in me being sued for tens of thousands. I would contact him about my file, get no reply and then be billed for him reading my email with no action taken for months on end and no reply. Avoid this lawyer at all costs. I got milked for everything and ended up practically bankrupted from his lack of timely action.

Did a pretty good job on my separation agreement within the cost he told me it would cost when we first met.

Changed lawyers to him and he is friendly, understanding and takes the time to get back to you quickly. My divorce is not completed but we have made significant progress so far. His advice may sting at times as he does not sugar coat much, but I appreciate the candor. Unlike my previous counsel he is always concerned with keeping my costs down. That is a breath of fresh air!

Was very pleasant to deal with. Worked with me and kept me informed of what was going on with my file. In the end he had to conduct a Domestic Special for me and was very well prepared and I was happy with his service.

Used him to get through a retroactive support claim. He was extremely competent and knew my file inside and out in court. Told me what I needed to hear and not what I wanted to hear. Was very practical and prepared me for a number of outcomes that could result from court.

Forget communication unless the odd time it is rude stating you were told things when there has been no communication. Expect to have to fight to get anything done especially what you hire him for. I mean over a year of fighting for what you hired him for initially. Expect a lawyer to allow other lawyers to convince him to bend to their will. I am curious if anyone has ever finished with him and how badly they were screwed. Expect if safety is an issue for him to be on the side of the other party. He doesn't listen ever!! Then he uses his emails to try and prove a point stating they meant something opposite to what they said and wonder why that isn't effective communication. That is what he calls good communication.
