Hired this attorney to work on part of an estate that had property in RI. All I can say is BEWARE! Took initial retainer for work. Once work was completed which took sometime, the estate received a bill for more than what the initial retainer was! Was never contacted that retainer had run out, which would have given us the option to get a different attorney! When we tried to contact the attorney he never would speak to us personally. Always was a member of his staff or a text or email from the staff. I will end by saying research this guy on google! Wish we had done so!

Mr. Connolly took over an estate, and I was living in the house owned by the person that died. I had a verbal agreement with the owner to buy the house. She was upside down on the mortgage so we decided to wait a while. The owner suddenly died and R.J. Connolly could not have been more rude or unprofessional!! He was suppose to come over to meet with me so we could talk it out. Instead he sent a realtor over to put a sign on the lawn and a lock box on the door. Well, I showed him the door. R.J. then refused to take my offer on the house and a couple of months later accepted an offer 55,100.00 less than mine. He did not represent the bank or the estate in their best interest. I think he sold the house to a relative or friend which would explain the price dropping 15,000.00 a month. If that is the case he would be stealing from the clients he represents. Ether way its unethical and Mr. Connolly can not be TRUSTED!!
