HORRIBLE ATTORNEY! She is strictly about making money and a lot of it. She does everything she can to create bills for her client, does not respond to emails from opposing counsel timely. LIES and I mean BLATANTLY lies in court on the fly to gain sympathy or favor, is hostile, rude, violent and nasty, even makes comments about how her client has spent so much on her that he bought her house. Does everything in her power to drag things our even if it is detrimental to her client. JUST FYI I am on the other side of her and watched as her client has lost hearing after hearing no matter her tactics.

LeAnne is very pragmatic and effective. I trust her completely to guide me through this difficult time with complete knowledge of the law and consideration for how our judge is likely to rule, given our set of facts. LeAnne's organizational skills also set her apart from others. Her recall is impressive. I always feel well represented and that she is being completely honest and realistic with me about the strengths and weaknesses in my case.

Hired Leanne to represent me in a divorce case. It dragged on for a year before I decided to move another direction. Leanne failed to communicate that I should have been paying child support upon gaining employment. She also selected a GAL that is known amongst her peers for being mother-biased. Every action and inaction Leanne took led me to lose custody and time with my kids and left me with arrearage that is completely unaffordable. My life will be ruined for the next 3 years thanks my decision to chose poor representation.

This lawyer did not properly represent my sister in her family case and as a result of her apathetic approach to the safety of my nephew, my sister got less custody than she had before she hired LeAnne. She never called the school to talk to the teachers or counselors, she didn't investigate past criminal charges against my nephew's father and she made needless court filings that my sister had to pay for.
She recommended Kevyn Mattox, a parenting coordinator, and because of her recommendation, my sister now has even less custody than before. My nephew has now suffered from a traumatic family accident caused by his father, and he has to live with the consequences. My nephew deserved someone who would work harder for his best interests. Because of these and other reasons, I cannot recommend LeAnne McGill.

On the other side of the courtroom. She has submitted court documents full of slanderous information. Has withheld information from her client in order to fan the flames of discord. Claimed documents were not received as requested yet quoted specific information from said documents. Has pushed so much litigation and filings to up the bill with ridiculous motions filings and etc. Case could have been settled if she would be honest with her own client instead of pushing papers and hiding info to pad her own billing! Disappointment in the abuse of our legal system. She might win for her client but the cost will take away any victory you thought you had. She will lie and cheat and keep information from her own client to benefit herself. If you want to screw the other side at any cost (and the cost will be high) use at your own risk. Be warned she will not tell her own clients everything to keep the litigation active for self gain! DISGUSTING!

I hired LeAnne McGill one and a half years ago and have been extremely pleased. She is extremely knowledgeable in family law and works well with the judges. I was absolutely amazed at her skills in the courtroom and the way she cross examined my ex. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a family practice lawyer.

She does her job well. She calls back and is very organized. She puts time into your case. She is on top of things.I would recomend her to anyone in a divorce
