Scott Austin, had a lot of information available to him pertaining to my case. I had primary residency of my children and was previously ordered out of my family home. I gave Scott Austin $5000.00 and it was all the money I had, for myself and my children. Scott went to court for myself and my children and DID NOT KNOW THE LAW at all. HE used terms like "awe shucks your honour" IN COURT. He had me file all my own paper work and do all my own affidavits. He literally spent an hour in the court room, and 2 half hour sessions with me. He went to one of my witnesses homes and used their printer and paper to produce there affidavit on my behalf. He has an office on the 17th floor downtown Vancouver and tries to tell you he will fight for you, but he is a ridiculous joke of a lawyer who has no problem with taking your money and not doing a job. I went to Mr. Fred Lowther after Scott Austin and the law was followed and my case was won. DO NOT HIRE SCOTT AUSTIN FOR ANYTHING EVER.
