Took my elderly mother's money and didn't follow through on promises. He told her he would save her property from tax sale by filing for bankruptcy. Cancelled bankruptcy when this failed but kept all of her money. Won't return calls. Poor ethics.

He started out okay but then never followed through with the trustees office. I received a motion to compel documents at the end of June that the trustee had emailed him about in mid April. I ended up having to contact the trustee myself and fax the needed documents. He would not return my phone calls and his paralegal had nothing but excuses. With bankruptcy you must pay all the money up front, so of course he was paid but didn't finish the job.
