Russ came highly recommended by a friend. I've been very pleased with his work. I'm in the process of a divorce. He's been quick to return calls, knowledgeable, and he takes the time to explore all of the angles. My situation is very complicated, and I so appreciate having a senior lawyer who has the experience to guide me.

Hired his firm to help me out gave a retainer told me I did not have to court for fist appearance. Went to court for second appearance looked at docket to find there was a warrant out for my arrest nobody showed up for court. He told me no big deal took care of court, then a week later I got an invoice in the mail. I was not impressed so I did not pay it. Then a couple months later I get a call from a collection agency! They wanted money all I told them was u have show up for court if u want to get paid! Never heard from them again!

You may as well light your money on fire, or walk into a lion's den by yourself. Bills you for idol chit chat, doesn't read your submissions, states the obvious and sounds like he knows what he is doing, but does nothing with the knowledge. Convinced my younger self to do what was easy for him, not what was right for my children and I. Horrible. Do not use him unless you want to hand your rights over on a silver platter. Disgrace that he passed the bar. Am I bitter, yes - after using him for several years with no results, ended up representing myself with better results.
