Ralph B. Steinberg, is a a Despicable and Incompetent lawyer in Toronto. I have sued him for solicitor negligence. Steinberg then pursued his unpaid account of $500.00 through small claims court with five ( 5 ) separate appearances. Steinberg did this as sport for retaliation and even tried to get a contempt order without notice in order to have me jailed for his unpaid account of $500.00. Steinberg then grew the $500.00 to $850.00 with fees and costs. Although his invoice has been paid in full in November 2012, Steinberg has refused to acknowledge payment of his invoice in full. Steinberg has taken the incredulous position that that the solicitor negligence action against him has been settled as a result of payment of his invoice in full and costs in full . I have filed a complaint against him the Law Society of Upper Canada in addition to my action against him for solicitor negligence .
