David J. Rose is the worst lawyer I have ever dealt with. Th impression upon meeting him was that he was knowledgeable and confident. This was an act. He told me that I had all these rights and claims I can make. I paid him a retainer fee. He prepared legal documents for family court. One day, I called him to ask some general questions. I was relaxed he started accusing me of "micromanaging" him and he started yelling, literally, on the phone telling me he could not handle people like me. I tried explaining I was just curious, but he lost control. Then he ended the conversation saying that he was quitting. So, because I asked some general questions, I was degraded and yelled at, he quit the case AND never filed the paper work with the courts. I later learned that all he had told me about what rights I had were NOT true. He found a way to bill me for all the money I sent minus 20$. Even billed for that phone call! BE WARNED. Most unprofessional man ever. Took my money knowingly I think.

Horrible lawyer continually late in filing documents and no communication. Billed client for documents not filed or sent. Constant delays. Would not recommend.
