Be careful when dealing with him and ensure in writing that there are no other hidden charged. He was recommended to me by a family friend because I needed a lawyer for buying my first place with my wife. He was upfront about costs and "the extra's" the government charges that he can't control. The purchase was completed wihout any problems and Rob spoke to us personally without a middle man. He also advised us that we should consider doing our Wills since we are just had a kid and bought property. Since he did our real estate deal he did our Wills at a discount. All in all me and my wife are happy. As a young guy myself I think it is important to give new professional business. RID: 115526
