Had a DUI and retained Mr. Price. In short: I lost. But I can't bring myself to blame him. We faced a crooked judge who was clearly owned by the Crown. Didn't appeal because of the cost, plus most appeals are dismissed, (unless it's the Crown appealing), so I let it go. Mr. Price is very competent and knowledgeable in the area of impaired driving. Communication from his staff was not great, as my trial dates changed frequently and I wasn't notified in a timely manner. Even though I lost I would still recommend Mr. Price because of his decades of experience, plus he was a pitbull in court. If you're considering this lawyer then make sure to inquire about ALL fees up front, including extra day charges. Also bug them to do trial prep. Take the time to understand the Charter arguments so you can properly prepare your testimony. I didn't do that. He's a good lawyer, I just got unlucky. Oh well. ADDENDUM: I don't know if Mr. Price still practices law, his website is gone. Maybe he retired.
