Jill Presser is an outstanding appeal lawyer. She is very detail oriented and explains everything to me with great precision. She also eases my stress and anxiety. I would never to able to compare Jill to any other lawyer. She is very knowledgeable and experienced with appeals and will never fail to fight for you. Jill will defend you with confidence and will also motivate you to stay strong. With so much experience in appeals, I would only recommend Jill Presser.

Jill Presser was a disaster. I initially contacted her to do an appeal but then when I contacted her all she did was say how she believes most appeals are unsuccessful even though years later when I finally found Dean Embry he realized that there was excellent grounds for an appeal in my case and won it. Since I was wrongly found NCR at 17 due to ineffective assistance of counsel and spent many years in the forensic system on an wrong basis for NCR since Asberger's is not a proper legal basis for NCR. Jill Presser strikes me as having very poor work ethic & feels she can not be bothered to put the necessary effort in to win a case like mine so she decided to tell me that ''she does not think she can be of any legal assistance to me'' She most likely feels that even winnable appeal cases like mine are beneath her to do. I find her elitist and stuck up and not someone I can reliably depend on for good legal work because she is not committed legally to be of legal help.
