Worst family lawyer around, when you provide her your updated information, she will use the outdated info. Had to tell her that the child support amounts had changed, she had no idea. Lacks the knowledge and know how. As long as the money is coming in, she will still continue to fail you as your lawyer. Felt like she was working for the other team.

Horrible experience with Ms. Goddard. As a person to talk to outside of your case, lovely lady, as your lawyer, good luck. She does not clearly communicate, if you are unable to attend court with her, be prepared to have to beg for the outcome, as she is just "so busy". She is not up to date with Family law, we had to advise her that the Federal Child Support guideline amounts changed. She will let other lawyers steam roll right over her. Her rates are not as high as other lawyers, but when you consider that you will be paying her to do nothing, and possibly work for the other party, very overpriced. The paperwork (if we were lucky enough to see it) would have numerous spelling mistakes, it didn't look like a lawyer put it together. I could go on an on, but I think you get the point, run, don't walk away from this firm.
