I have worked with Sandra several times over the past 20 years for real estate, wills, separation agreements, divorce, personal directives, and financial agreements. She is very professional and personable. She is a good person and is conscientious, reliable, and has integrity. I highly recommend her professional services. ,

When my abusive, estranged spouse forced the sale of our matrimonial home, Sandra Sebree was our real estate lawyer. My spouse died before the sale finalized. His executor signed the transfer before he was legally allowed & the Application for Probate was denied several times, so the sale was not finalized for months after the new owners moved in. Unfortunately, Ms. Sebree had to deal with my lawyer + estate lawyer + probate lawyer + executor + me + unhappy new owners. Through it all, Ms. Sebree was pleasant, knowledgeable, respectful and patient. I highly recommend her.

Horrible experience, very scatter brained. Avoided phone calls, turn around time on our Wills was absolutely disgraceful. Feel bad for those that work with her. Copmlete lack of interest shown in her business. The way I see it, she should shut her doors.
