Very extensive knowledge of WC laws, but I didn't trush some things b/c he'd say one thing & then another 2mos later. You'll do your own leg work with this lawyer but he doesn't charge for calls/emails/etc like most do, it was an uphill fight case (kinda weak until the defense lawyers doctor was caught in a lie) but there wasn't much "fire" in him to get a settlment that would completely pay me off. He pushed kinda to settle, but glad I held out b/c insurance carrier came up 125% from first offer. Mr Johnston is a VERY caring lawyer & did a B+ Job would I go back, not sure! Advice: Never accept any offers till the day your going to court NO MATTER WHAT HE SAYS trust me! Insurance carriers will ALWAYS settle your case! REQUEST THAT YOU GET ANY & ALL CORRRESPONDANCE BETWEEN YOUR LAWYER & DEFENSE LAWYER-hi's hello's EVERYYTHING!!! And dont' forget: ALL DOCTORS/LAWYERS/JUDGES ALL PLAY GOLF & EAT LUNCH TOGETHER
