Handled trust and probate issues, and oil and mineral issues after death of my mother-in-law. Also handled sale of my father's home. Steve was very knowledgeable, thorough, efficient, and effective in both of these areas. Steve demonstrates strategic thinking, helps understand real risks, and worked very effectively with a title company, the Dallas County court system, and with an oil and mineral rights research firm.
