Mr. Sandoval took our money and never delivered. Would not return phone calls, emails, texts, ect. Super easy uncontested divorce, and he couldn’t even manage that. Didn’t listen to what we wanted and just gave us a template decree I could have printed online. Told us he filed the petition in April, but found out it hadn’t been filed until Late June. He completely stopped responding for over a month, and then I found out he was disbarred. He knew he was getting disbarred but took our money anyways. Very unethical person and has no idea what he is doing. If he EVER gets his license back after his 5 year waiting period, do not hire him! Once a crook, always a crook!!

I hired Daniel Sandoval for my divorce. Mr. Sandoval lied to me. He stated that my ex-husband could not touch my house, or my annuities. That was false information. He kept assuring me that I had a good case and we could come out ahead. He also assured me that I would keep a lot of my assets. Wrong! A year later, I was still married and had paid an enormous amount of money to Daniel Sandoval. I panicked because I could not get a hold of him through email nor his office. I went to talk to another lawyer and was told that Mr. Sandoval was on probation and failed to inform me. He failed to inform me about the divorce laws in the state of Texas. He did not inform me about the mediation process that was supposed to happen first. He made me go to court every time and charge his fees and nothing was accomplished. I fired Mr. Sandoval and hired another lawyer. I believe that Mr. Sandoval should not practice in Texas because he does not know his laws. His behavior is fraudulent and unethical.

Quick to except the money and promised us results in a timely fashion. Within 2 years we have heard very little and had to fight to get any response whether email or calls. Does not send any notifications for courts or records. STILL WAITING for his response.

PLEASE BEWARE!!! Daniel Sandavol is a crook who will take your money and not follow thru with anything. He will not answer your calls emails until about 3 months later only to give you a court date that was never even filed!! I wish I would seen all his bad reviews before I paid him over $3000 for nothing!

DID NOTHING FOR ME. BUT WAS SO READY TO TAKE EVERY PENNY I HAD TO DO NOT ONE THING FOR ME BUT TO ASK ME FOR MORE MONEY. I DID ALL THE WORK INVESTIGATING PAPERWORK HE NEEDED AND PHONE CALLS WERE NEVER RETURN. HE WOULD TELL ME HE COULD HELP ME BUT NEVER ONCE DID. DO NOT EVER HIRE THIS ATTORNEY UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY. VERY DISSATIFIED....

This man is living in the stone age. He has no concept of time. I can GOOGLE a Process Server in another state and have them on the phone, in about one minute. Sandoval will take literally MONTHS to do what anyone can do in ONE MINUTE of time. Then, he will tell you he has been..."TRYING"? And your court date will be..."SOON"? What does that mean? He took the money and ran and has produced little to no effort. He makes you chase him down to get him on the phone. DO NOT USE THIS MAN! His associate called him a "heavy hitter"? NO! He is on the bench in the dugout and being spit on by team mates and boo-d if he ever gets up to bat. You guessed it...he STRIKES OUT!

This attorney just takes your money and does not follow through with his commitments. I hired him to handle a speeding ticket and failed to show up to court as he promised, but yet quickly took my money. I have attempted to call him multiple documented times, have documented text messages where I have reached out to him with no response to either fix the ticket I paid him to handle, which is now on my record, or give me my money back for a service that was not delivered.

This lawyer had my ex right where I could of had full custody of my daughter. N instead let the other lawyer beat him in not paying payback for daughter or enough childsupport for a man that has 3 jobs n lives w/his grandma. N has felony cases..he's has about 2 yrs legal experience an wants to charge top dollar for no work; and then has the nerve to ask me his client what do u want me to do?? U tell me n he's the expert
