Not sure what people mean when they say "doesn't listen to me". Are you not there seeking his help? Why would he listen to you? Also, why would he do more than asked, do you want to be overbilled? because that's how you get overbilled.

Mr. Tanha did an extraordinary job in representing me against my previous employer. The case settled without having to be drawn out in Court and I am more than pleased with what I received. He is an excellent Lawyer.

In my opinion: Only cares about a quick settlement. Doesn't put in the extra effort to secure what client deserves. Doesn't care about what client says. Doesn't work hard. In my opinion find another lawyer.
