We had Ken for our sale and purchase, the paralegal we had was very pleasant and helpful I think her name was Brandi. We had heard the assistants at this firm were awful but we had a very pleasant experience. Because our possession dates were so far apart we had to sign purchase and sale separately because they did not have our sale file. Meeting with Ken for our Purchase was amazing, but we had to meet with Richard for our Sale what an awful experience. It really is to bad Ken couldnt start up his own practice.

The paralegals are terrible. There is nothing professional about this place! Avoid the firm at all costs. Ken Davie himself seemed okay though we never met him.
