Thank you to Mr. Gosal and Company, I was able to get my CPP, after I was denied the first time. I went to them a week before my due date, and they took my case and worked hard on it, they kept me updated with everything that happened, and they had a positive attitude while doing so. My Pension got taken away after I hire him. He made everything bad and try to cover up. He never call you back. Always have too book appointment to talk to him and pay more money. He treat me like I know nothing and blame me.

I LIKE TO EXPRESS MY GRATITUDE FOR GOSAL & COMPANY ASSISTANCE WITH MY CASE. I GOT INJURED AT WORK AND WAS UNABLE TO GO BACK TO ANY WORK. WCB OFFER TO PAY ME $44 A MONTH FOR LOSS OF FUNCTION. IT FELT LIKE A SLAPP IN THE FACE I CONTACTED MR.GOSAL AND PLAN TO APPEAL . IT TAKE 4 YEARS AND MANY APPEALS BUT ON THE END I WIN AND WAS GRANTED LOE. I WANT TO THANK MR GOSAL AND HIS STAFF FOR ALL THEIR HELP ! I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO DEAL WITH WCB ON MY OWN . MR GOSAL STAFF IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGABLE.GIVE GOOD ADVICE AND IF NOT SURE THEY CHECK WITH MR GOSAL AND MAKE SURE THEY GIVE YOU THE RIGHT ANSWER . It took 4 years to settle my WCB claim.It was a long process due to way WorkSafe BC handles it .Janet Kwong who works under Gosal&Company did excellent work and acomplish all the sucess i could have ,with the Review Division and WCAT 100%.Gosal & Company are very professional and knowleagble with the all process dealing with WCB i would recommend Gosal to any WCB claim you may have .AC

You get what you pay for. Cheap lawyer for cheap work. I gave a 5 for comunication because he really knows how to communicate when you don't have enough money in the account. Call and harass you and say he will close your file if you don't pay right away. I got nothing from WCB because they made big mistake. They lie to you and don't listen to what you are telling them. They think everyone is just scamming WCB but I had a real injury. He treat you like criminal.

I used him for a work related accident and he was a fantastic lawyer. Straight to the point. Doesn't waste your time and is very direct and efficient. I can see how some would take that as "not caring", to me I saw it as the opposite. He takes people's situations and cases personally and that what you get with Sarj.

All he cares about is how much money he can get from you. He said he would be my lawyer but I never saw him after my first meeting. 10 thousand dollars later I lost my case even though he told be WCB was wrong. The staff is rude and don't listen to anything you try to tell them. He ruined my case. Do not hire.

I hired this law firm in 2014 to get me my CPP after being denied x2 by CPP (I applied in October 2011 after a pharmaceutical reaction nearly killed me but left me disabled). Within a year I had my CPP due in large part to Janet Kwong, who works under Sarj Gosal. The staff were always courteous and sympathetic to my case. If you want protection and exellent service, while dealing with a difficult Worksafe BC, this is the organisation that you need to protect your rights and insurance related non treatment. Complicated matters need to be addressed by a professional of his experience and grace.

This lawyer did absolutely nothing for me or my claim. I asked him to appeal a WCB decision and all he did was fill out a review form and submit that without any supporting or additional documentation. Every time I called the office to ask questions the staff was rude an pd arrogant and didn't answer any of my questions. I paid him to do NOTHING!
