Disorganized, sloppy, and useless. Run and run fast, never look back. He will leave you worse of off. His colleagues do not respect him and his office is a disaster. Files everywhere and no wonder he can’t focus on facts he probably mixes files up all the time. He lost my file and tried to blame it on his secretary. Then I saw his office and knew he just does it care if he wins or loses because either way he takes client money. He should be investigated by the law society and lose his license.

This man stole money from my father, promising him hard work and victory and in the end did nothing but drop the case and took off with my fathers money.

God awful lawyer. Incredibly terrible, simply does not care and it's soo bad that I honestly believe he doesn't plan/prepare to win the case. I honestly believe he just shows up to justify hours billed, but nothing else.

Unethical, unprofessional, self serving, manipulator, unorganized and lies to everyone, to delay delay delay until it is too late. The old saying “those who fail to plan, plan to fail”. So true but when you ask him about updates, his response is always to cancel appointments, claim illness, claim I got a strategy but not explain it and in the end he will try to bail or now convince you that you did something wrong so take the loss and move on. I raised his name and my dissatisfaction to the courthouse clerks and they are well aware of the complaints. He is not well respected by colleagues. His secretary is rude too and covers him up, but I have heard her complain about having to clean up after him because he is a slob. If you are reading this before you hired him, go someone else. If you already hired him, get everything in writing but best to cut your losses and go elsewhere because He won’t follow theough and you will lose no matter what. Just a chump trying to make a buck. He is sloppy in appearance and in his handling of cases. He is disorganized, not upfront and a manipulator full of excuses. He showed up late And we were crucified. All he had to say was "can't win them all" the master showed he was annoyed at the disorganization and Ron was caught lying and making excuses. His clerk is a want to be and is just a rude and ugly in appearance and personality. I am still waiting for his update on the case and why is all wrong with his disorganization. Trust him with no original copies he loses everything and does not call to talk to your witnesses. He does nothing.

Ron palleschi lawyer if he really a licensed one , is the worst lawyer in history! This man ruined my friends life! 5 years ago my friend sought legal aid for a child custody matter. She was advised by cas to give a family friend(who is the daughter of her abuser) her son on a full time basis, until she gets her other child back from cas. He then adviser her to sign sole custody and that she would be able to change the order ( not advising her that she can loose her son an will haft to fight harder than if it was a cas matter! This lawyer told my friend she had court on Thursday for one year, he would call the Wednesday before court an say it had been pushed over to another Thursday. He didn't accept her certificate and told her it was a mistake on the admin side. He cause the poor girl to get so stressed she nearly couldn't cope. Since retaining a new lawyer her case is pushing foward. Actively! Please run the other way from this lawyer. P.s he isn't a lawyer of criminal courts

I completely agree with all that has been said; he doesn't even try to mask how unprepared he is and his law clerk is extremely rude. Given the stressful situation I am in (family court) last thing I need is someone talking down to me. it's funny how on here his practice area is Criminal Defense, but all the complaints are Family Law related. In brief, don't trust a lawyer-of-all-trades, ATROCIOUS!

He is disorganized and unprepared from the beginning. He promises easily and follows through rarely and not well if he ever does. His office staff is rude and unconcerned with returning calls or filing paperwork with the court. He totally tries to wing everything and it is a joke and cost me tons of money. He misses dates, reschedules all the time and doesn't follow court submissions with his rude secretary making excuses and snapping back at paying customers. His office is disorganized and I don't believe his office does their due diligence. In court he makes excuses and is seen as unprepared but blames his clients when he fails to have strategy. Your deposit is collected but work on the file is not evident nor prepared to move your case forward with progress unless you push and then the nasty secretary blames you and will not return any calls. If you try to leave, get your money back or get updates, he makes excuses and will even start to blame you trying to intimidate you. Biggest

took on my case and kept promising i would receive half of my property . he gave opposing attorney false information about me . other attorney demanded security deposit to continue case . ron actually missed court date for custody and said , oh well im sorry ,**** happens .no consideration for someone elses lives
