Apple-Newton Smith is a highly intelligent lawyer. However, her largest challenge is that she believes she only knows best, and the client knows very little. Unfortunately, this kind of thinking is simply erroneous. Moreover, she needs to work on her interpersonal skills, especially when it comes to effective communication and how to properly end the professional relationship with a client.
