I hired Martin not knowing much about him, but his fees were reasonable and he seemed to know his stuff. I was happy with the way he handled my case and bottom line is he won my trial. Would recommend.

HE IS A CRIMINAL AND SHOULDN'T BE A LAWYER AT ALLLLLLLLLL!!!! PLEASE TAKE OFF HIS LICENCE TODAY!!! HE STOLE MY MONEY AND DISAPPEARED NEVER RETURNET MY CALLS AND EMAILS! I had reported him to the LSUC (Law Society of Upper Canada)

Montes worked hard for my case and won. I wasnt sure what to expect from him at first, but once I saw him in Court I was glad I hired him, he really knows what he's doing. Very straightforward lawyer. Fair with fees.

I had a very hard time dealing with martin as he is immature, unprofessional and rude in dealing with his client. On many occasions, I have tried to contact him but he never return any of my calls, emails and texts. He kept me in the dark and so poor at communicating any new development in my family law case. The worst part about martin montes is that he makes up lies to cover his inactivity (not working on my case). He just knows how to collect his client's money but does not know how to provide service in exchange for the money he collected. Once you paid him, he will not doing a single thing beneficial to your case. I had reported him to the LSUC (Law Society of Upper Canada) for them to investigate his unethical practice. Also, he should not be dabble in family law as he's certainly not verse enough to practice it.

I found Martin to be professional, personable and clearly has integrity. He knows the law and the limits and is realistic about what and can and can not be done. He is up front with matters and provided sound and realistic insight, as law is sophisticated game of rules. I hope he continues to a great lawyer and not get tainted by the system. Great value

Martin seemed to know what he was talking about. He is slow in responding to phone calls and he thinks he is cool. Seemingly, he is in this profession for the money. Although I would say he is an ok lawyer, however do not recommend him to represent anyone.

Martin is an amazing lawyer. He represented me for an over 80 charge and even when things were looking very bad for me, he kept fighting right to the end and ended up with a stay of proceedings. Not one bad thing I could possibly say. Great client service all around. -GG
