I retained Anthony during one of the more stressful periods of my life. From our first meeting, he was direct, prepared, and realistic about what to expect. He never made promises he couldn’t keep, but he was always confident in the strategy and took the time to explain every step of the process. What impressed me most was his ability to stay calm when everyone else wasn’t. You quickly realize you’re dealing with someone who knows the law inside and out and takes his responsibilities seriously. I honestly can't believe the other ratings for this lawyer on this website. My experience with Mr. Marchetti was excellent. He's super smart and no-nonsense. He tells it like it is. He's sometimes hard to get a hold of so 4/5 for communication. Otherwise this lawyer is 5/5. Amazing lawyer!

Dump - Truck. Plain and simple this guy is the worst. At your most dire moment he is NOT the person you want. Zero communication skills, zero preparedness, zero empathy. Ive since used another lawyer and the difference was night and day. I was made to believe this was “just the process” but i can see now he lied. He also lied many times to my family and to myself about delays which we caught him red handed in. He will take your money (or legal aids money) and abandon you. For your own sake, hire ANYONE else.

This lawyer will assault his own clients right to due process and natural justice. He treats his clients as a means to an end and deprives them of their essential humanity. There is no room for the rational ends of your rational faculty or objective morality, he is cruel and shocks the conscience of his clients to perpetuate suffering and injustice. I highly recommend seeking a lawyer that protects the interests of his client, the only interest this lawyer has concern with is that of his own ends. He has no respect for distributive justice and serves his own bias and corrupt ends.

I’ve had to use my fair share of lawyers in the past. I can truly say that Anthony is by far the best of the best! Results oriented and no nonsense. He will tell you how it is and that is not common in his profession. If there is any way to win your case he will find it!

DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY. HE THREATENED TO PUT ME IN JAIL IF I DIDNT DO MY CASE The WAY HE WANTED TO DO IT DESPITE CROWN SEEKING COUNSELLING. REFUSED TO TAKE INSTRUCTION AND VIOLATED CHARTER RIGHTS. AVOID NO MATTER WHAT!!!!
