She is a horrible Lawyer. Useless. Unorganized office, she didn’t bring in witnesses to testify that should of, she didn’t tender evidence that should of, she failed to disclose evidence, she failed to hire experts to testify. She was an embarrassment to myself and the others she was representing. She even looked like she was going to cry while I was being cross examined. She should of objected to so many things but she doesn’t have any experience so she had no clue. She didn’t do her job and she should loose her license to practice law. Very disappointed in her.

this lowlife lying degenerate took legal aid and still asked me for money and when she was paid she took off to Winnipeg without notice. She didn't do the work she was retained to do,she stole the retainer money and the legal aid money then she called me a paki when I reported her to the law society and threatened to call her triad friends after me. Not to mention upon investigation it turns out she was working with the crown when she was in Toronto to plea out her clients even if they were innocent vivian li is a con artist

I retained Vivian Li as counsel for a criminal case I had. she was late for one court hearing and for another one she just did not even show up. I was forced to sit all day without council and wait for my case to be called only to walk up in front of a judge clueless and not knowing what to do or say. (even tho Vivian had already been paid and retained) my face went red I was so embarrassed. Then my next appearance date was set for sometime late December. I messaged Vivian from a difference province as I was working in Alberta to confirm the exact date only to be igored completely for a week or more. I then changed my flights to come back home to check the paper I had for myself. I then messaged Vivian again saying that we had court in two days and that this was beyond unacceptable. Vivian then called me and said she had actually left the firm she was working for and in fact also has left the province. So now I'm left with a court date tomorrow, Monday Dec. 21st at 2pm in court
